Would you like to return something and have it refunded or exchanged? Click here and register your return in our returns portal. 

You only need to return your ooia product within 90 days (unworn, of course) and pay the postage costs yourself. Please log in to our returns portal here and follow the instructions to register your return. 

For our customers from Germany, you have the option of creating a DHL label yourself after registering your return - click on the “Create your return label” button and you will be redirected to DHL.

As soon as the goods have been checked for intactness in the warehouse, your money will be credited to you (within 7-10 working days after receipt by our logistics provider). Please note that ooia cannot be returned if it has already been worn or washed.

Size exchanges are also no problem. In this case (just as with returns) you bear the costs for the return shipment and we bear the shipping costs for the reshipment of your ooia. Please log in to our returns portal at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions to register your exchange. In the portal you also indicate which ooia you would like to have as an exchange.

It is not possible to exchange one product for another.
